Well, so ends another week of work (well, almost ...)
Not been a bad week, although have had a bad run of customers, but that's to be expected, one supposes!
Do have a dilemma I need to sort out tomorrow though ... was underpaid last month, and due to a misunderstanding, it's gone unnoticed by me until today! Got an appointment with the manager tomorrow to sort it though! :)
So, what else? Well, sorting out going back to uni, which is going to be so weird since I'll have been off for very nearly a year! Scary! Especially since all my friends graduated (what kind of friends are they huh? Didn't drop out with me ;) Oooooh scary!
Ummm ... I did have a big point to talk about here, but I think I forgot. Brain freeeeeeeeeeze made me forget! How rude :P

Gosh, got a headache today, I have!
Soooo, how is today treating me? Not bad, not bad ... got a headache though, which I put down to pressing my thumbs into my eyes ... possibly a bad idea? ;)
Sitting in the WPP IRC channel at the moment - it's scary how leechers can be! ;) Now don't get me wrong, I'm an anime leech, but I try to help out in my own little ways, like visiting the resharing page on Animesuki! God, I'm all defensive now! And rambling! :D
I blame the headache! Damn eyes! ;)
Warm too! Oooh! Maybe it was that manky beer I drunk - that would account for a lot of my issues! :D

Well, I've finally taken the bait and am currently downloading the install file for Ragnarok Online!
Since it's all the anime world seems to be talking about, it must be good - and since it's on free Beta, then why shouldn't I try it? :D I can piss people off talking about it, and some junk! ;)
On another note, my eyes hurt! These damn lenses are frosted, I swear! They cut them out of a bathroom window, which may explain why I'm seeing leaves all the damn time! ;)
Liking my new WindowBlinds thing - it's cool and makes Windows look less ... Windows! :) And that can't be a bad thing, surely?
...
Just scrolled down and looked at the music I've been listening to, and laughed! Could I have poorer tastes? Methinks not!
So that's that, I guess! ;)
PS ... I am aware of the social implications of writing in this thing twice in as many days! I am, you know! ;)

Anyhoos, what's been happening? Well, kinda little, actually! Work is still work, although they seem to be paying me the right amount of money (always a good thing!). Wouldn't mind some more hours for when I'm actually around though, since they always seem to need me when I'm staying in Southampton or the like! ;) Bad timing on my part? Or theirs? ;)
I'm sure that's not correct, but I can't be assed to fix it! :D Been looking at the new Apple iPod recently, which would be great for me, if I could afford it ... maybe I should set up a website, and get people to donate money to it ... if they can do it for dopey girls with big credit card bills, they can find me £250, surely? ;)
Currently playing about with skins and things for Windows ... WindowBlinds is kinda fun, but some people seem to like BRIGHT colours, and hence their skins are slightly ... overwhelming. ;)
It's a Sunday! That's quite rare! Doesn't happen that often, does it? I wonder what it means? Probably not a lot, but then again, what does? :D
Clearly I'm on a rambling phase, so I think I'll stop there, and write again when I'm more coherent! :D

Woo!
Feeling tired today for some reason, which is odd, because I had enough sleep! I think my body is rejecting air, or something like that! :D
As said in a comment, work have finally agreed to let me do the damn training to get a pay rise! I'll no longer be a trainee, but a fully-qualified shop assistant! And after that, I'm gonna do the extra training to become a senior shop assistant, the first in the store, most likely! :D The problem is that I want all my pay backdated, but it seems unlikely, yes? ;)
In other news, pissed off at Faceparty.com ... Cool Tools and AVS are yearly subs now, at a ridiculous price ... wouldn't mind, except it was a 'one-off' payment when I got them! :P
Another thing to do on my year out is learn to drive! Not sure whether or not I will actually drive when I pass, but at least I'll have my license! I'll get a Smart car, methinks, since they are the prettiest cars and I'm shallow, although not as much as some, it has to be said! :D
My eyes hurt, so off to find something to put in them!

Hmm, not exactly what one would call a great Monday ... (as if there's such a thing anyway!)
Got a call about half hour before I was due to start work, asking if I'd stay all day, to which I agreed. Turned up, to find out that the News department were pissed at me because I was meant to be working for them today, not for Stationary! Well, to be honest, that's all well and good, but not being psychic, I can't work hours if I don't know that I'm down for them. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems logical to ask someone when you want them to work for you, because then they might actually know to do it!
And they still owe me overtime!
Plus, working extra meant that by the time I got home, sorted myself out, had lunch (since I didn't qualify for a lunch hour today), I didn't have time for Japanese! Stupid thing :P

Well, time to write in this thing again! Jeepers!
Work rang today! :) They did the whole 'we have hours, you want hours' routine! ;) Kinda evil, I think! Although it's money I need, especially since I won't be getting anything from Student Loans, since I'm deferring a year!
Although I have been spending on eBay! Soon, my collection of Harry Potter TCG Base Set will be complete! Bwa. Ha. Ha.
Otherwise, not a great deal happening! :) Looking at upgrading my computer again, with the lack of monies I have! :D
And thinking of tidying stuff up! That's not like me at all! This is wrong, I must be ill! :D
Although I could spend the time reading rants online, which is always funny :) Yay for rants! :D

Owch!
Had the stitches out today .. problem is, they were put in badly, so it was painful :P And the cut wasn't pulled together enough by them, so it's gonna scar badly :P Ah well! Here's to looking like a sexy gangster man :D
EDIT - I forgot to mention my 'yellow' black eye :) Woot!

I think I'm currently obsessed with writing in this little box.
And Donald. I'm obsessed with Donald.
Duck that is, not that blokie from Home and Away (who is the only other Donald who springs to mind. Except for Donald Trump. And I don't like that name).
Kingdom Hearts is being a right pain, and stuff :D All I want is a few crystals so that I can make the bloody ultimate thing, and then I'll be happy. And I can then go get Donald's ultimate thing, which refers to me (It's called 'Save the Queen'. Quite why I need saving is not clear, but the game knows all. Like Eliki ;)
And I'm gonna poke fun at Torque who said I should have played on Normal :) NER NER I like it on Expert, I die lots and it's fun :D
God, I ramble so well :D And if I listen to this song any more, I'll cry cos it's soooo sad :D

My god!
I am so bored!
So, everyone gets a little essay or something to read. :) Not sure what it's gonna be about, so I'll ramble until I hit something, and start writing about that ...
... and I've just noticed that this Livejournal window is sooo small! Especially since I've just bunked up the resolution somewhat :D Ah well, time to do the old stretch thing ...

Jeepers! Now it looks like I haven't written anything :) Damn damn damn! Owch! Now my eye hurts.
Word to the wise. Contact lenses. BAD IDEA! They always seem to hurt. But I don't like glasses either. Maybe I should content (?) myself with falling over things. Yes, that sounds like a jolly good thing to do. Who can say that they don't like falling over things? Nobody, that's who! I bet all my loyal readers ... *listens to people die laughing* ... would agree!
Oh yes! I can talk about Japan :D And how they've infuriated me by releasing Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix! Grrrrr! I WANT MORE DONALD! He's like, so cool :) So I think I'll hafta spend my hard earned pennies (read - student loan) purchasing the lovely Platinum Limited version, which is only .... a large amount of Yen, so it must be cheap! Yay for Yen!

My eyes still hurt, but I blame that on the fact that I just saw Pikachu. Did you know that 'pikapika' is Japanese for 'flashing'? It's disgraceful :) Plus it's one of the few words I can remember from my lessons, which is never good, since I have an exam on it soonish :D YAY FOR EXAMS!
